CLASS TEACHER

My name is Dóri, and I have been working at A-Z since 2025.

I have had the chance to work with kids of all ages in different places—whether it was as an au-pair in Poland and France, as an assistant teacher in Denmark, or as a summer camp counsellor and trip leader in the US.

In addition to being a high school English and French teacher, I’m also a certified early childhood educator. Through my experiences working in two different kindergartens in Hungary during the pandemic, I discovered that my true passion lies in working with younger children. 

Being a hiker myself, I am passionate about environmental education, I really enjoy being outside and teaching fun facts or basic outdoor etiquette. Since I also consider myself an avid reader, storytelling is my other favourite activity; I truly believe that in this fast-paced world reading and the love of books have now become more important than ever in children’s lives.
